NEW CONSTRUCTION

Even though we are in the winter season, there are numerous construction projects going on around both lakes. Several dock installations and this home remodel project on Cordry Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Onken did a complete make-over/addition to this residence. Looks outstanding!

TREES DOWN

Another tree down on the end of Grizzly Drive on Sweetwater Lake. Seems like the ground gets soaked with rain and then add a strong wind and we have toppled trees.

NOT MERRY

It was not a very Merry Christmas present for the owners of this home on Center Lake Road. The Thursday evening storm produced a tornado in Greenwood. Here, the high winds caused a few trees to topple over and caused the power to be out for approximately 4 hours. Warm sunny weather followed on Christmas Eve Day.

CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS

'Tis the season! Can't help but get into the spirit when driving around at night and seeing Christmas lights on various houses through the trees. At the Conservancy office Nick (appropriately named!) Judy, Stacie, and Bernie were decorating the entrance to the office.

FIRE DEPARTMENT PAVING

Church Hill got paved several weeks ago. Now the CSCD Fire Department has been making some improvements to their building and grounds. New cement aprons in front of the bays a few weeks ago and now new paving in the parking area in front of the fire department.
