BALLOT TO EXTEND COVENANTS
The Covenants are outdated and wording changes need to be reviewed. The deadline for any changes is July 5th, 2012. There is not enough time to properly prepare proposed changes and provide an opportunity for freeholders to review the changes and conduct a proper vote. The CSCD Board of Directors is requesting the freeholders to agree to approve an amendment to Covenant #14 and change and change the date from July 5th, 2012 to July 5th, 2014. Freeholders need to appear at the CSCD office to sign the Ballot. WE NEED YOUR HELP AND SIGNATURES!

MIGRATION VISITOR
Saw a species that I've never seen before over the weekend. My bird specialist says it is a "Greater Scaup." Seen on Sweetwater 3/11/2012.
BOAT STICKER YEAR
It's boat sticker year for Cordry and Sweetwater Lakes. Black for powered boats and red for non-motorized boats. There is a new "user friendly" form at the office for obtaining stickers. For those people who have not purchased a newer boat, it's quite easy this year. Speed boat - $70. Pontoon boat - $70. Fishing boat under 30 horsepower - $35. Non-motorized - $7.50

ECOLOGY MEETING
The recent ecology meeting discussed several topics including lakes chemical weeding, dredging, and the Sweetwater boat launch ramp. The ramp is in need of repair/replacing.
