NEW BARBER IN TOWN
Visit PJ's Barbershop at the entrance to Prince's Lakes. Open Tuesday through Saturday. PJ is a youngster who learned his trade in the military. Regular haircuts are $10. I especially enjoyed the hot lather shave on the back of the neck!

CLUB HOUSE LANDSCAPING
On July 5th, eleven members of "Teens For God" gathered and worked to improve the appearance of the front of the CSLOA Club House and the side of the Library building. They arrived with shovels, rakes, wheel-barrows, and lots of enthusiasm. Cleaning out the old shrubbery, spreading pea gravel, putting down landscape material, and adding mulch were part of the process. Thanks to the "Teens for God" group.
DREDGING BEGINS
The Cordry Lake dredging project has begun. The company is installing a road off of Alder Drive down the hill to the waterfront. It appears that they are preparing the area where the spoils will be brought to the dump trucks and then the trucks will deposit the spoils in the field across from Sweetwater Beach.
