MAKING PROGRESS

The installation of the new water main is making progress. They have now reached the highest point of elevation at the entrance to Cordry Sweetwater Lakes. They will not continue to the north water tower.

CORDRY PARADE

Cordry Lake residents displayed their patriotism on Saturday July 8th, 2017 by decorating and parading their boats in the annual Cordry Lake Boat Parade.

RAKING THE BEACH

Prior to each weekend and holiday, the Conservancy workers "rake" the beach for property owners and their guests to use. The beach property has never looked better. The Conservancy workers have taken special pride in this park area.

DOLLAR GENERAL

Ground is being cleared and prepared for a new store in Prince's Lakes by the liquor store. Gossip has it as being a new FamilD Store.

BEST FIREWORKS EVER!

The Saturday July 1st fireworks were the best ever is what several friends told me. The weather was perfect and the beach was full of spectators. The Cordry Sweetwater Lot Owners Association (CSLOA) ran a concession food booth and sponsored/paid for the event. Thanks also to Sweetwater Realty for donating an extra $1,000 for the fireworks display.
