All gasoline-powered watercraft must be insured against liability for personal injury or property damage. In order to register and obtain decals, a lot owner must present to the District Office proof of liability insurance including the insurance company name, policy number, and insurance agent contact information applicable to the watercraft in an amount of not less than $100,000 coverage, insuring against bodily injury or property damage, per person and per occurrence.
