The past week's rains have kept the lakes at high levels. Cordry was on "yellow light" status for several days but is now "green." Sweetwater was on "yellow" the previous week and actually went "red" on March 5th-6th. Sweetwater is still on "yellow light" status as of this post. Pictured is the flow from Sweetwater spillway.

HOUSE CLEANING

The main lake is ice free although there is still a thin skim in some coves. A few boats have been out although the yellow light has been on due to high water levels on Sweetwater. A local volunteer cleaned out the Martin bird house located on the point at the beach today getting ready for the spring return of the Martins.
